Group Sessions

A sense of connection with others in a shared experience. Walking in recovery together, maintaining mobility and similar groups will be scheduled on the events page.

These will be available based on the clients that are in sessions and desired encounter challenge.

Signup, liability forms, and equipment needed will be posted for each event.

There is additional costs to participate in these experiences and based on the event itself.
